James was approached by Yasmin Sheikh to develop the brand identity, marketing materials and website for Diverse Matters.

Diverse Matters is a specialist training consultancy that trains organisations and people to approach diversity and disability (both visible and non-visible) with confidence and strength.

Using training workshops, tailored seminars and interactive events, Diverse Matters helps individuals and organisations embrace diversity and disability, training them on how to set up initiatives and structures to support themselves and the people around them.

Founded by leading Disability Advocate Yasmin Sheikh, Diverse Matters works with organisations such as Thomson Reuters, Mayer Brown, Eversheds-Sutherland and JP Morgan to improve organisational performance, staff development and retention through embracing diversity.
